About Us

ADMA is a 20 year old manufacturers’ rep firm focused on providing Office Products Manufacturers with the best source of sales and marketing representation in the mid-Atlantic region.  Our expertise is in strengthening the links between our manufacturers, our distributors, and our distributors’ customers...the corporate end user.  Based out of our Maryland headquarters, ADMA is a focused, energetic group with a history of successful representation for the manufacturers we proudly represent, and service to the distributors who support our product lines.

Founded in 1989,  ADMA is led by its two principals, Brian Doherty and Steve Flounders.  Combined, there are 50-plus years of industry experience providing the group its leadership and direction.  Motivated sales professionals, strong work ethics, technological sophistication, solid distributor relationships, dedicated end user marketing, consistent communication, and strong ethical standards characterize our business strategy.

With representatives located in each major market within our territory, manufacturers, distributors, and end users are assured of  prompt, professional  service from experienced professionals.  Our sales associates pursue our business objectives, successfully and enthusiastically,  thus providing desired results for our industry partners at the manufacturing and distribution level.  Each representative has assigned goals that balance their time proportionately between distributor and end user marketing activities.  End user activity alone accounts for 50% or more of our representatives’ time, depending on their respective account bases.

Major investments have been made in state-of-the-art computers, notebooks, software, peripherals, and training.  This strategic investment was made to ensure that our representatives have the best, most efficient tools available to them to assist them in their routine marketing activities, and to set them apart from the competition.  Every sales call, distributor or end user, is productive, professional, goal-focused, and results-oriented, and is supported by the technological capabilities needed to excel in today’s market.
